Return and Refund Policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s the deal:

Terms of Return

You’ve got 14 days from the day you get your order to decide if it’s a keeper or not. After 14 days? Sorry, no returns — even if Mercury is in retrograde.

State of Return
Items must not have been opened, be unused, and in the same condition you got them (a.k.a. no coffee stains, no “my dog thought it was a toy”). Original packaging, tags, or extras need to come back with it.

Reason for Return
If we messed up (wrong item etc.), we’ll fix it. If you just don’t vibe with it anymore, that’s cool too — as long as it meets the return terms above.

How to Start a Return
Shoot us an email at returns@shookish.shop with your order number, photo of the merch, and reason for return. We’ll send you the next steps, including the return address. You are responsible for return shipping unless we royally screwed up.

Refunds
Once we get your return and approve it, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Expect the refund to show up in your account within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/credit card company — we don’t control how fast they move). If it’s been longer than that, check with your bank first before emailing us in a rage.
